About Me
Hi! My name is Lisa and I'm the face behind Big Sky Cookie Co. Originally from the PNW, my husband's job relocated us to Sidney the end of May 2020. Leaving the dental field after 13 years was tough, so I needed to find an outlet to keep me busy, that's when I started cookies as a hobby and turned it into Big Sky Cookie Co.
Meet Fancy
Fancy is my mobile cookie trailer that I use for holiday pop-up sales and take to local events.
The evolution of Fancy started with wanting a brick & mortar bakery/ coffee shop but with commercial space in Sidney being limited & very expensive I came up with the next best thing! A mobile cookie trailer where I could have a cute set up and be able to put her into motion ASAP. I found Fancy about 5 miles down the road from me; my parents flew from Oregon to help renovate her in 2.5 days time, she is still a work in progress but she hits the open road as often as she can!
